How are you all? Hope you all are fine. I am also fine. So, today I am back in this community to participate in the . The thing today I will share is not any DIY or craft, it is a recipe. Today I will share how to store lots of peaches.🍑 Yesterday, my father brought a box of 5kg peaches so, I decided to make slush and store them. So that we can enjoy the juice later. In this way, we can store the slush round about 1 and half month. And at last, I have shared a method of making juice from it.
Without wasting time let's move towards the recipe.

Ingredients:
Peach: 3kg
Sugar: 5 cups
Water: 3 to 4 cups
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 5 tablespoon
Method:
First of all, I took peaches 🍑 and washed them. Then, I took a knife and made cuts on the lower side. Then, I put all of them in a pan and added water 💦 in it. Then, boiled them. After boiling I took them out in a basket and let it cool. Then, I peeled off the peaches and separate seed. After that, I took a blender and added peaches in it and blended them to make its purie. After blending all the peaches, I stained this purie.
Then, I took this purie in a pan and put it on a stove at low to high flame. Then, I added water and sugar in it and let it cook for about 20 to 30 minutes. When it boiled and the bubbles came on the top, I took them out with the help of spoon so that the slush will become more clear. Then, I added lemon juice and salt in it. And let it cook for 15 minutes. Then, I turn off the flame. 🔥 And then, I left it so that it will come on normal temperature. After that, I filled this slush in bottles to store it. In this way, I made the slush.
To make juice with this slush, first add ice cubes 🧊 in glass and then, add one part of the slush and three part of the water and mix it. And the delicious juice will be ready.
