Its Christmas in the air and I'm sure you also feel that heart warming tingling sensation thiat comes with this season, the feeling of love, happiness, joy , laughter, togetherness and so much more.
There are a lot of things I love about this season, from the
cool unique weather(harmattan), in my country
Coming together of families home and abroad,
Exchange of gifts among close pals, even strangers,
Lots of outings
Food! food!! food!!! hehe😁
Also the business boom,
To be sincere, the list is endless, as a child, Christmas was and is still my most cherished moment, starting with having my birthday every first week of the month of december, to getting new clothes and shoes bought for me by my parents, then the making my hair in a very stylish way, reminiscing these moments brings joy to my heart, on the d-day(christmas) the food is endless and in varieties, I remember always wanting to eat the tasty meals tireddessly, we also get dressed in our new beautiful outfits,
we children had a card called promise card where there is a list of different items people can choose one to give ti us at a certain time, all these memories made Christmas in my childhood days much fun and unforgetable.
As an adult, Christnas is still fun ,though no christmas clothes from mummy and daddy again, i'm now the mummy buying for my children, 😂 since this weeks hive learners contest permits us to write about one thing we love about christmas, I would say its the business boom for me haha don't look at me that way, most of you will agree with me that there is more patronage this holiday season, its luke tge heart of giving is open in everyone, irrespective of the hard economy, the market is akways full this time of the year, I always look forward to christmas season as a fashion designer because every body loves new clothing this season, so there is always a high demand, as well as income hehe, might be stressful though because I have much jobs to take in, infact we are mostly booked till the new year, so at a point, we stop receiving orders so as not to get clients disappointed for not meeting up with their dresses.
Christmas season to me is my most busiest time of the year witg much workload, still, I love it and always anticipate this season every year, the joy of seeing that satisfactiry snike frim children, girls fitting their outfits gives ne joy, I renember how happy I felt as a chukd too when ny mum boughy mine,, niw i'm in my little corner in my part of the of world, providing that solution of making new christmas dresses for women and little girls, It mnaked me happy and I love it.
