I'm glad to partake in the edition 3 of week 10 prompt of the 
Freedom of speech is a right everyone should have no matter the gender, tribe, personality of person (rich or poor).
There's no joy like someone getting to express himself without fear from anyone.
What are your thoughts on this?
Everyone should be entitled to speak their mind as far as they are saying the truth.
God created everybody with mouth, why didn't he give to the male only or the rich only?, he gave everybody because he wants us to express ourselves using them.
Even children should be able to express themselves too and should be given listening ears.
Many child abuse happens and keep happening because the child is forced not to speak about the incident that is, his freedom of speech is taking away from him because of fear.
How does it affect us presently?
Those who do not have freedom of speech tends to have emotional trauma.
Most times people are not given freedom of speech because they know that if the person says the truth, it can put the other person in trouble whereas the ask them not to speak.
It can make the person feel less of himself and have inferiority complex (not able to express him/herself) and it can affect how the person relates with others.
It also deprive the world from the real and original story about how the event happened if the people involved are not allowed to speak about what exactly happened.
When given the freedom to speak, we should not abuse it by saying things that are not true, or talking too much(things that are not necessarily) rather we should use our mouth to promote peace, love and harmony in the society.
