BLACK COLOUR
I'm other to make a footwear a shoemaker must consider the colour the customer want,black colour is one of the most common colour a client will need most,Black always go on all dress compare to other colours,last week I make the same footwear in my shop for which have been expecting a customer to come and purchase it but unfortunately t
yesterday a client came and admire the footwear but he want it in black colour which I promise him to come back today to collect the black colour.
I quickly get necessary materials and make the black colour to satisfy and meet up with customers demand.
HOW I MAKE THE PALM AND MATERIAL USED.
MATERIALS
Nora
mako 4
fiber
Black leather
Black upper design
I start the making by cutting our fiber to the client size and cutting our Marko 4 before applying gum to linen the material.Now we will cut our Nora sole and cut the heel before gumming the heel to the sole
Now we move to the making of the upper by using our paper shape to cut the black leather and linen.apply your gum and gum the leather to linen then we move to the lasting.
We will last the palm by punching and cutting the insole with the cutter and use your wooden last to finish the settings.
Now we will gum the lasted palm to the Nora some and move to the filing machine for proper neating of the footwear.
NOW WE CAN DISPLAY THE BLACK COLOUR OF THE SAME DESIGN
