Hello fellas, it's another week and another edition of the hive learner weekly content edition 2. This weeks topic says a traditional weeding in my tribe. There are different ways which weeding ceremony are done but to day I shall be briefing you about how it is done in my tribe. A traditional weeding in my tribe is always awesome and good there are different agenda or lay down list which will be given and followers before the weeding is done.

In my tribe, the male is to take the larger portion of the weeding while the female will also assist depending on the family which you are marrying from. Before the weeding, the male is to go to the females family as ask for her hand in marriage before the proper weeding day. My tribe which I am talking about is the ekiti and the Ondo tribe.. The male will go to the females family and request for the list of the things he will be bringing as the weeding dues like the yam, kolanut, palm wine, fruits and many other things depending on the parent of the female you are marrying.
On the day of the wedding, the males family will take some food to the elderly people of the females family for them to pray for him and also on the day of the wedding, the male family and the female family are to assemble in where ever Venue they have taken and there will be on stand those that are entitled to do the weeding for the both parties..
There are series of plans which are done on the wedding day, like giving advice to the couples, reading the letter that was suppose written by the groom and also the groom and the bride plays game which that will be determined by the person anchoring it for them.
After they have been pronounced as husband and wife that is they have given themselves the weeding rings, then the party will began where you will get to the main purpose of weeding.. After the menu section then the groom and the bride will depart for their home where they will start they new journey of life..wedding is my tribe is always sweet infact Nigerians weeding are always fantastic because it is a day event and they so much cherish that one day for the weeding..
