In my country Panama, the winter is represented by rains, theres no snow. Sometimes rains strongly producing fogs, wether thick or light. And winter or rainy weather is between april and december.
The difference is that last time, sometimes rains all day, keeping grounds and floors wet all day long... I'm not saying it's all bad; water strengthens streets and grounds. The bad thing is that sometimes storms come that scare my poor dog and downpours that ruin people's plans or commitments to go out. There's the part when it gets in the way. That is not all. when comes storms, happens that cutted trees, light poles, electric poles... also causes flooding in some areas, decay of old and unused buildings.
The result? Accidents, deaths, and the loss of homes and possessions... When rains like that, it's very risked to go out and could rain in many hour.
