Good day to you all, how are you doing today?
I was born and brought up in a small town called Erusu Akoko, Ondo state🏡. A town that cares for the welfare of its citizens.
I missed the breeze of my town; you don't need air conditioning during the summer because the weather is always cold. During the winter, you need a jacket if you don't want to freeze.
The land is predominantly tropical forest with some regions of forest savanna; this is the reason our major occupation is cash crop farming such as Cocoa, Kulanut, coffee, alligator pepper, orange and many more🌴🌴.
My state is rich in different types of wood for building🌳🌳, I can remember when my brother wanted to his house in the town, they cut only a tree and he was able to roof an 8-bedroom duplex; just to tell you how big those three are.
Father said, cutting trees in cocoa farm can expose cocoa to too much sunlight. Therefore, my father👨🌾 doesn’t like to cut those big trees in his cocoa farm.
In 80’s when agricultural products were our major resource in Nigeria, Ondo state was among the states that produced the highest revenue for the country. Those were the days when cash crops were Imported overseas in exchange of their products.
Up till now, we are still producing those cash crops but not like olden days when they were our major resources.
When I was still young, my father👨❤️👨 carried me on the shoulder to his cocoa farm. It was a large farm, and the farm land is more than 30 hectares of different cash crops.
When I was in elementary school🏫🏫, no was allowed to be at home during school hours unless it was a special case like sickness. Even though you don’t like formal education🏫, you have to undergo elementary and secondary school. Therefore, 98% of children go to school because during my time, if you were caught walking in the street during school hours, such children would be punished. This was just my town, not Ondo state entirely.
This made my town had large percentage of people lettered. I could remember one of my Neighbours who said “I don’t want to go to school” 😂😂he was forced to finished his secondary school before was allowed to learn the work he wanted. That was how my town was, they would do everything so that you could finish your secondary school. After secondary school education, they would allow you to learn anything you want to learn.
One thing they always told us in the town was that, 'whatever you want to learn, put all your mind 🎗️on it’ that was the reason many of us are very creative. There was history of many people who stopped their education in secondary school, yet they are CEOs of companies, many of them are making waves in their various field of endeavors. There is a friend of mine while I was in secondary school, he was not good at all, he was dullard, he was advice to finish his secondary school before learning any apprenticeship. After he finished his secondary school education, he learned computer programming.
Today, he is one of the best in his environment. There are so many stories like that in my town.

There is a language we all speak which is the language of LOVE AND UNITY. my father was a wealthy man, he sponsored many youths in anything they want to do. Irrespective of your background. This is how most of the rich men in my community do; they sponsored others in the town not only their children.
We connect ourselves everywhere in the world, so that when one comes to that environment or needs your help, your responsibility is to take that person in as your brother and sister. That is the reason, whenever I am traveling to a place I don't know or never being into: I just need to ask for someone in my town living in that environment from our WhatsApp, twitter, Instagram, Facebook, telegram and other social media, check their profiles and contact him/her to confirm his location, and contact the person. Even though you live in a room, you must provide help for others because we see ourselves as one family
🆘The platforms also provide help for others in terms of finances, care and advice. There are wealthy men paying some people monthly to supports them, sponsor youths in any field, paying handicaps and many more. People that are also working pay a certain amount of money to support others; I also paid money to the account to help others in the community. No matter how small it is, my contribution goes along way, and that is how most of us are doing.
Helping others who could not pay house rent, tuition fee, emergency, children school fees. We also have certified doctors and lawyers, psychologists and many more on the platform to provide free assistance for whosoever needs it.
I believe, what is working in our mist is the spirit of love and unity. The spirit of love and unity makes everyone see each other as one family. I have never heard of a case where one visits someone in another place, and the person manipulates or does evil deeds to him/her. The moment you visit one, either you know him or not before visiting him/her, you must share your testimony to the group; and if he did anything evil, there are rules which are already set to punishing him/her; and the punishment is very severe because not only the offenders but his/her family or generations yet unborn will suffer from it.
Even though, is not your blood brother/sister👫👫, you must take him/her as your blood since we came from the same town.
The surprising thing is that the moment you write the location of where you are going and you don’t have your family there, I always see many people both poor and rich ready to take you in for a short period of time.
I have traveled to many places where I was treated like king by my people; I don’t know them; I never see them but I knew they are from my town because we met on our platforms.
The lesson learned is that we should love👫💝 everyone the way we love ourselves.
I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness.
Thank you for reading my post.
