Being physically fit is something that we all wish for or don't you? Well I do but guess what, I'm that lazy person that hardly find out time to make sure she's fit π. Well, at one point in my life I did so many things to make me fit but you know, just like a friend told me, I'm already naturally fit but I still have to maintain that fitness but that's where the problem comes in, lolz π.
The last time I was dedicated to exercising and keeping fit was about 6 months ago but hey, wait don't think of me like that, lolz, I still engage in some little exercises, calls it anaerobic exercises, hehe I never knew that was what it was called until yesterday π. The thing is that, I do like dancing, wait!! I don't mean dancing like dancing though, should I just say I like jumping a lot when I hear the sound of music π, yes that's it and I always listen to music almost every day that makes me leap or jump any of them and I take that as an exercise because it helps me burn some unwanted fats (calories).
- I love singing: Yes, I love singing and I do this every day and if you are a singer that do vocal exercises you will understand better how singing can help one to be fit. When I sing I do use that as a means of mastering good breathing techniques and that in turn helps me in respiration. It's not a common way to keep fit but it's something right? π¬
- I do like Cleaning: I know so many of you already know I love cleaning π§½π§Ό and I do this almost everyday. It helps me to be flexible because I have to do some stretching and bending down most times when I clean and this also helps me to stay fit, it's just so strange right? But at least it works for me π.
- I enjoy walking (but I know it's because I don't have a car though π): Of course I love walking a lot, it's already use to me and sometimes I might also chose to run especially when I'm walking with my brother, he is a very good runner so I try to keep up sometimes π. Walking is something that I know helps me a lot in keeping fit because I do it every now and then, although there are some days when I don't leave the house at all but those days I can either dance, clean or sing.
- I do fast (Abstainance from food): Sometimes I just go on fast but it's mostly when there is no food in the house, I know you understand what I mean π . I do this very often and I'm just praying that I don't get ulcer because of lack of eating, hahaha, yeah I pray so. But in a way it also helps me to stay physically fit but not really mentally though π π. Recently, I've found out that I easily get tired of eating unlike before that I was a food champion π, I miss those good days π.
Well, there are other crazy things I do to stay physically fit but these are the few that came to my mind, I hope you were able to learn one or two things from me πβοΈπ. So don't hesitate to leave your feedbacks and advice for me because I know very well that I do need them π.
