Today I am sharing a true story with you
And this story is not someone else's but my own story.In 2020 when I was in college.At that time my weight was around 40 to 45 kg And my height about 5.6inches
My weight was less than my height.And I always thought I was underweight and needed to gain weight.
After much thought I decided what I should do to increase my weight I took the help of a sportsman.He was a very good gym trainer and sportsman.I came to tell him my problem and said tell me what to do.I have to gain about 20-30 kg.
He told me that in order to gain weight you have to take care of a good diet.He told me that you should not eat 1 liter of milk and a dozen bananas every day.Also, you should eat these meat-meat-fish things.He said that if you use all these things regularly for 1 to 2 months, your weight will be 10 to 20 kg.
After that I made a daily routine first thing in the morning to eat half a liter of milk and six bananas for breakfast.Eating potatoes in the afternoon.And at night, fish, meat, chicken, it was for everyone.And along with that I used to follow the rest of my routine
Going to college, doing housework, all this I was following like a normal routine.
Along with all these things I have used milkshake dry fruit all these things and
Eating at least three meals a day can make it easier to increase calorie intake. Snacking between meals can also help to increase the number of calories in the diet
Among the fruits, I preferred Alone because it helps a lot in weight gain.Among the fruits, I preferred Alone because it helps a lot in weight gain.As I used to wear clothes before, I had quite a few openings. But right now I find these clothes quite fitting.I have followed this routine for almost two years.And now a lot has changed in me.There is already a lot of weight.Right now my weight is around 65 to 70 kg.I just checked my weight and I was surprised that I have gained so much weight.

Now I have my weight according to my height.
