Of course, a lot of workers are required to work through computers, that's why we spend a lot of time in front of the computer by working in the field and of course it becomes something serious consideration for us to overcome so that health always accompanies us and like what we know is that working very long in front of the computer makes our eyes very tired and our eyes can feel dry if we use the monitor to stay for a very long time without a break, that's why we try to rest our eyes for 5 minutes per hour, for example, we have to close our eyes for a long time. 5 minutes every once at least in 1 hour this way can prevent us for eye health.
I personally If I work at the computer for too long Of course I do some things to be able to deal with the stress that I experience which is Especially when I'm already feeling tired so I will do some things Let's see below what I do.
Eat Healthy food
A powerful way for me to do when I feel stressed in front of the computer is in a way that is quite impressive and this Of course a lot of us have done it, namely I just sit quietly working in front of the computer and of course usually my mouth feels like eating something and of course with that result I while working I eat healthy snacks or snacks and I also eat a lot of fresh food such as fresh fruits and vegetables that way I can organize our thoughts well Of course I avoid eating too much oily food such as fried food or something that contains sugar because If we eat food like that, the example is not maintaining eye health but other health being damaged because when we sit at our desks of course we are very eager to eat sometimes we don't realize that it is eating enough food.
Standing with arms and body apart
After sitting for a long time in front of the computer Of course I must have felt stressed with the work I have done but to overcome that I just stood up and did a few movements as usual and stretched my body and hands and to be more comfortable when I did I usually fold legs and also to straighten to certain places and I move left and right because it can tighten the muscles in my body that way I can allow or facilitate the flow of blood in my body so that it doesn't accumulate in one place and it's always been something that routine for me to do so that it can be good health for our bodies.
Drink Water Or Healthy Water
Drinking water is one of the needs of our bodies because if we don't drink water, of course we can't do activities properly because it becomes fatal fatigue and of course after I work long enough in front of the computer without moving and without doing anything it becomes something that must be done. we avoid it and of course that way I need water to be able to stabilize my body to keep it in prime condition because as we know that white water is very important to maintain health in our body such as maintaining a healthy liver and also to ensure that the body can excrete toxins are dangerous and of course if I do that I usually drink at least 18 water in a day No matter how busy I am I work at the computer and I continue to do that and it becomes a pretty good factor to maintain my health.
