A week of HL first year anniversary celebration is coming to an end and this week has given us a chance to relive in moments and I did enjoyed it just like how it had played a role in my journey from lessons I learnt to changes and friends made through HL Featured topics.

So, it is the time to look back and see how HL helped me in most aspects of my hive journey and made it beautiful.

Things HL Featured Topics have Taught me

I was a couple months old user When this featured topics initiative was started in Hive learners and found this is a great way to explore hive and meet people.

I used to be confused about writing and than featured topics arrived and changed everything since beginning I've always made a way to write something that is more real, do enjoy while writing, improve and more interaction with others was a fun part of all this.

So, with featured topics I have learnt to be consistent not just with writing but also engagements.

In most of featured topics I've always reflected a part of my real life to improve my storytelling and also did made some fictions like have tried multiple categories which was pretty fun until now.

From being consistent with writing, engagement and improving aspects of writing I personally like to better at, learnt this all through featured topics over the year.

Changes over the Year

Featured topics has changed my perspective and ideology over the year as I was once hesitating or confused if I should write this or that, should engage with this person or not, am I doing it the right way.

After all when I started writing along with engagements I realized no one is gonna bite me and if I'll make mistake peeps are friendly enough to guide but glad I've not made mistake cuz of getting involved in this community I saw there's newbie initiative where teaching basics, explaining things in simple ways.

So, then i started changing the writing style or formatting, proper sources and without any confusion or hesitation I started enjoying real time in hive and it continues until now.

Friends I've Discovered

This Guy you know is kinda unlucky when it comes to Friends in real Life but lucky to have some Virtual friends I've Discovered through featured topics or in this journey.

So, @Ayesha-malik a lost friend found on Hive learners actually she's the one who helped me understanding hive and introduced me to hive learners in starting days which is something I can't forget.

I always got positive vibes from her and content, inspired me a lot with efforts she put making humourous content and especially with engagements part she's the one who gives real surprise when you read that comment like it is a whole post. I love reading her POV everytime lol this is a confession for real.

Also Hive account@dlmmqb a Great Guy always doing multi tasking no matter how busy is still helping others, keeping HL server a fun place and genuinely giving his opinion with pure intentions have always helped me see thing's in a better way.

Good thing about HL featured topics is it ain't have no borders so I have found friends across the borders Hive account@intishar Hive account@princessbusayo Hive account@nkemakonam89 Hive account@amberkashif Hive account@merit.ahama all of em some amazing peeps and writers who got separate place in this heart.
