Yea, without expecting for any benefit in return in a era like this make a society and world a better place.
The prime example of helping other without expecting anything in return is Infront of our eyes in Hive. I see how people help each other in bad times whether it is a comment full of nice words and support as an upvote each, spreading the words and when Co hivers help you understand things in a simple way or everything else matters when it genuinely comes from heart.
Countless Time in my life i helped others in need without looking for any benefit and one of latest example of Volunteering is about my Yesterday (Wednesday) been spent taking a kid at hospital.
A Kid in Neighborhood fell off from 20 feet Height
I still remember the time when while playing my full attention was always on Game and Got injured so many times.
And yesterday, Same thing happened. The kid was playing in roof and Got slipped while playing and fell off from roof to floor the height was like 20 feet.
I wasn't there when this happened and found out about this incident through my friend.
And at first was worried about his mother reaction but she was also scared and Emotional.
The kid didn't Got injured like no bleeding or anything luckily but was felling Pain in Chest and was saying it hurts when he breathes so we took him to local doctor and he said Get him to Hospital for X-ray, I see the swelling in his chest and seems like it is bad.
Hospital was miles away from our locationIt was already getting darker me and my friend was on motorbike including that kid in the middle so 3 in one bike.
His mother told us she'll take him to Hospital in taxi but because it was far away and taxi charges a lot also their financial condition isn't Good.
Me and my friend made her agree on taking him with us and returning at home safely.
We're like a group of 4 friends here and in coz of this situation find out who's there to stand with us in bad time.
One of friend went away from the scene saying I'm going to call ambulance and the other one said oh I need to take stuff for Home.
And we were only two friends left alone with kid and we left at 6pm in a bike to hospital after refilling fuel tank of bike cost us like $5 we both paid it half and half.
went for X-ray check-upAfter 2 Hours we reached there and it was like 8pm already so dark. Took him for an X-ray and it came out he had a fracture but bone is in place so nothing to worry about that's what doc said and had injected him and Gave some medicine that's all.
Well, after few minutes of injection he was like the same healthy Kid. I felt like he just wanted an adventure or was faking the whole thing but can't say anything he's a Good kid.
The prayers we got in Return
When we returned to home all the prayers we Got from his mother and family was like enough to make a grown man cry.
Felt too Good after helping someone without expecting anything in return.
We should always look out in our surroundings if someone needs help. The boy we helped belongs to a poor family and he wouldn't asked us or anyone else to help him so it's always Good to do help with a clean heart and intention without waiting for someone to ask at first.
