For me music is something that brings joys and memories back, yeah! Sometimes it does make sad too when lyrics are relateable and I've some of my own songs that I listen on holidays to share with you in this blog.
My Holidays Tunes: A playlist to old memories
I mostly listen to Tame Impala, Ice cube, Lana Del Rey and some random artists in my playlist that I've made about two years ago and even now it's same with few new songs being added as time goes on and something good heard by ears.
Nowadays the song I'm listening on holidays on repeat starts with
- Last Christmas - Wham
I heard this first time like an year ago and bought me all those memories of previous year holidays, kind of harsh one when I was really in love with someone special and for some reason I had my breakup and now moving on ain't an easy thing so just listening to this on repeat.
2- Ice Cube - it Was a Good Day
This song is a whole vibe, it just made me feel better everytime when I'm on a walk usually at night, earphones on and listening to this on loop.
Even the bad day, turns into a good one that's the kind of vibes this song gives and no matter how year change this one song will remain in my playlist, though even now I'm listening to it midnight while writing.
3- Tame Impala - The Less I Know the Better
I still remember when this song was newly out and it is when tame Impala became one of favorites artist.
Borderline, let it happen, New person - same old mistakes.. all of these are songs I've heard countless times all these years and still feels the same way.
Beats are on spot, energetic and those lyrics are more than relateable.
Sometimes knowing less is better, the curious mind always want to know things we shouldn't and when we find out it's either becomes regret or hard to bear the truth or whatever it is, Sometimes much better off without knowing it.
Wrapping Up...
It's like the three tunes of holidays edition and each song has it's own story, there are more in the playlist but it'll be way long.. so, i thought it's better to come up with the favorite one's.
