Nowadays I've started working over 9 hours and last I checked it's been a long time when I did a 9 hour shift.
It's been a 12 hours shift which is quite a mess if you ask me because you don't get enough time for anything else.
As I said earlier it's just a phase and makes sense to put in that kind of work but when you're doing on a fixed salary it just make no sense. I should be spending that much time building my own thing rather than working for someone else, right? This whole 9 to 5 thing Is a scam because everyone is putting more than 9 hours and getting paid in pennies.
When they find out why they were hiring
Whenever you see someone hiring for a job there's a whole mystery behind it and when they're clearly hiring for a single or two positions not the bulk hire
You know it is cooked like the moment you'll join you'll realise what have you done
The employees are overworked and they had no option but to hire another person who could give some support but now that new one is carrying all that burden all by himself and is thinking of the choices he have made.

I've plenty of people on social media who are just chronically online "monitoring situation" as if it's yet another joke
And GenZ taking things in fun way while the economy is literally falling on them and they're gonna be buried while economy is falling
But all they are doing on the internet is monitoring the situation and that's all they're worried about.
Sometimes I be monitoring situation too but it stress me out so bad that I've to pivot to other things.
