It has been a fulfilling six weeks right from week one to week six all thanks to the brain behind this initiative and and her team you all made six weeks of great impact.
Taking care of mental health, being self-conscious and taking a bold step to help improve oneself has been one good way to channel the energy with positive benefits all dreemport challenge did was a help to achieve it.
The challenge started with me pledging allegiance and at first, I never thought I was going to last till week 6 but the more I participated the more I got devoted the more I love it maybe because I see the importance or probably because it was making me self conscious and being in charge of my day but whichever way it is it came with its benefits.
The challenge started from the easy part and as time goes on it became upped to what it is now in week 6.
This week I aimed for a gold star and with the help of my fellow dreamers and encouragement from them getting a gold star was easy.
Here is how the week went
50 0Z OF WATER
The challenge started with 32 0z of water and getting used to 32, 40 oz of water made it easy to take 50 0z of water for this week, and all through the week, it was easy to complete this part even after being up to 50 oz of water. I see why started with 32oz it's one step at a time.
20 MINUTE QUIET TIME
@Ifarmgirl has taught me how to make wise use of this quiet time and with the melody she shared last week quite time becomes something I just want to observe to make peace with my inner self.
It is always so calming to observe it in the morning as you get to start your day with a clear mind.
I made it five minutes of quiet time and five minutes of prayer in the morning then five minutes of quiet time at night and the remaining five minutes as personal prayer before going to bed.
All through the week, it became easy to complete their part.
35 MINUTES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
I start each day with an aerobic exercise routine, like push-ups and whatever is required to get the blood flowing then split the remaining minute into taking a walk every evening to complete this part.
And so far it has been easy with completing this part.
PERSONAL GOAL
For the past five weeks reading a book has been my personal goal and it has been one positive goal I'm glad I embarked on
Starting from BOUNDARIES WHEN TO SAY YES BY DR HENRY CLOUD AND JOHN TOWNSEND I read in week 1 to MASTERING CREATIVITY BY JAMES CLEAR IN WEEK 2, then LIFE LESSONS IN WEEK THREE BY LORI DESCHENE AND YOU to SELF KNOWLEDGE BY MARK MANSON to PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BY JAMES MENTEL and to the final book PRODUCTIVE GUIDE BOOK BY AZENDO TEAM about how to make the day productive has been one personal goal that helped me to increase my knowledge all thanks to the dreemport challenge for standing as a catalyst to achieve all these.
PARTNER
It is a new feature to the challenge and I must say my partner is a wonderful soul that will always find time every day to come through to my post no matter how busy she is that way I'm always reminded of completing my task everyday
