The body works differently and our endurance level has different range.
Some get to adapt to things easily and others don't.
some enjoy staying up late and others sleep at the sound of nightfall.
some have a way of depriving sleep and others just can't overcome sleep whenever night falls.
It's how the body works you just have to know what works for you and put it to work and of advantage to you.
Many people believe the best time to be free from busy worlds is in the night, when you get to have privacy and a lot of time to yourself, when there's less noise from the busy world, when the world is on a break with sleep.
Night comes with darkness, a period between sunset and sunrise, Night comes with a lot of calmness, less noise, cool atmosphere.
It's believed to have all these because it's meant for rest and sleep and this period is just best to have time to reason and be free from the busy world because 50% of the world is asleep.
You can say it's advisable to stay up at night to have calmness from the world but then it comes with a price, and that's your sleep, your rest, the periods to allow the brain cool from the busy world, and that's why people working late at night or someone who likes to read overnight put in some little work to stay up all night and deprive sleep.
You can't cheat nature no matter how smart you are, sleep will always come, the body will always need rest and night will always ask for sleep and that is why the first thing or actions I practice to stay up at night is to have the afternoon nap.
An afternoon nap helps a lot and it goes a long way for me to stay up at night.
The body has been given a little rest with the help of afternoon nap which fuels it to work over at night
that way chances of not sleeping at night are high and it works pretty well for me.
One other thing that helps is caffeine ,it does work, and helps to stay up at night but then overdose has an effect like insomnia and restlessness and that's why I do not recommend it and rather just advise a nap in the afternoon.
we all are different and what works for an individual does not necessarily need to work for another party.
we just need to know what works for us and put into to our advantage
