Each human is unique and the uniqueness is because of different thoughts of humans. In each case, humans can see it from different perspectives but it's not necessary to happen in every time because in some cases most of us think from the same perspective but the way of thinking always remains unique and the uniqueness of thoughts makes life beautiful.

Diversity makes things interesting for us and the diversity of opinions is one kind of necessary evil. Surprised/shocked to hear the word necessary evil? Then let me explain. The first disadvantage of having different opinions is, it can create conflict between humans which we see most of the time, and make situations critical and challenging. It is the thing which decreases the effectiveness of work. It can be demotivating and it has the capability to restrict others and create imbalance. Instead of having many disadvantages the diversity of opinions is very necessary. Diversity of opinions helps us to understand the situation from different perspectives and think critically about the situation. It comes to us with innovative ideas and learning opportunities. Besides it is beneficial for personal growth. The advantages of it can't be ignored instead of having disadvantages and that is the reason I said it's a necessary evil.
Honestly, I want to be a lone warrior because I can enjoy the loneliness but I am a human and I can't lead life alone, and for various kind of reasons I need other's help. Besides there are many tasks which can't be done alone and we need to perform as a team and obviously many times I performed as a team and a team can be the best example of the diversity of opinions because each team member has a different kinds of suggestions and they also have the capability to think about a situation from a different perspective and they are free to share their opinions also.
As well as I can remember it was the time at my University when I was a fresher. A few months later after being admitted to the University one of our professors gave a task of submitting a field report. It was the first time for all of us to submit a field report. The report was given to us for practice and learning. It was given as a team of 6 members and our task was a pond observation checking some parameters there. The professor gave us 7 days for it. Besides she also gave all the instructions. It was the first time and naturally, we were nervous about it. Moreover, teacher gave me the responsibility of team leader. I was nervous and the responsibility of the team leader was too much for me and that thing made me more nervous and it was natural.
After the class, all the teammates sat in our canteen and I shared about my nervousness. And I was able to understand that they were also nervous like me. So we started to gather ideas about how to start our work. One of our teammates gave the idea to take some suggestions from the senior batch students of our department. It was a very good idea and I could do it easily because I was the class representative and because of that I had a good connection with seniors. So the first thing we did was to discuss about the matter with some seniors and they gave us a lot of instructions and suggestions which helped us to overcome our nervousness.
After that, we needed some equipment for checking some parameters. As a class representative, I was also familiar with the person of controlled the lab-related items ans so I arranged all equipment easily without any kind of difficulties. But which pond we should select for our report became an issue. They are exist many ponds within my University area and we should try to select a suitable one. It was not a task for me because I had very little knowledge about it but two teammates had good knowledge about it because they used to stay in the university hall and they used to visit here and there in their free time and the issues were solved easily. However one of my teammates was not so serious about work and he was trying to leave all the responsibility of him on the remaining team members. It was creating issues between team members but as a team leader, I needed to make decisions. I tried to make him understand that if he did the thing then the remaining teammates might be demotivated and they may refuse to work also. He gave a don't care look to me.
The remaining four team members refused to work in that kind of situation. In that case, I need to be strict otherwise no work would be done. So I straight forward said that if anyone refuses to work then I would not submit his name in the field report. But I think he didn't take my word seriously. So 5 teammates completed the report combinely. And within the time we submitted the report to our professor. 3 days later professor shared his review of each report and he said the report submitted by my team was impressive and praised our team but at the end time he didn't forget to ask why one team member's name missing from the field report.
I informed my professor how he refused to work and wasn't ready to make any effort for the team. So I decided not to give his name in the report. The professor scolded him and as a punishment, he needed to submit an individual report.
The 5 of us worked according to plan and we divided our task into 5 part and 5 of us finished it also and the results was also good. It was the teamwork where 5 of us combined our knowledge and used our references well. And sometimes for the good of the team, we need to make some strict decisions which I have taken also.
