Education is the backbone of a nation and the prosperity of a nation mostly depends on it. Thinking about the development of a nation is like a joke for the current time. Education is not free for anyone and everyone needs to pay for it. In this current time, many people say that education is such kind of sector that needs huge investment. So many people wish to get it free and think that it would be better for everyone if education become free for everyone. So, I am here to discuss it.
Helpful to get more young talents
I have seen many students who were unable to complete their education because of their financial crisis. Some of them were very talented but they leave their education because their financial situation was very bad to continue their study. They could be a great asset to the country if they were allowed to finish their education which was undone because of the lack of money. Like them, there exists many students who faced such kind of situation. If education becomes free we may find many young talents who can make contributions to the development of the country.
Make the society & country better
An educated person is an asset to the country because somehow the contribution of an educated man helps to make the development of the country. It can be directly or indirectly. An educated person can think much better than an uneducated person. The good thoughts of an educated person help to make society better. And if most people became educated then making society a good place will be a very easy thing. Indirectly it will be helpful to make the country a better place.
Funds problem for a developing country
In a rich country, it's very easy to make education free for everyone and it's not a big deal. But It can create problems for the developing country because there needs huge investment to make it free and the government may face the problem of funds.
Education system may collapse
In an overpopulated country education is one of the most profitable businesses and for that reason, many investors are ready to invest in this sector. As a result, there exist many non-government institutions which play a role also to make students educated. Taking control and maintaining all non-governmental institutions isn't an easy task. Besides many powerful and corrupt people won't allow making it to happen because it's a profitable business for them. For their own profit, they can shake the parliament also. It may sound like a joke but it's the reality of an overpopulated country.
It's true that whenever we get something for free we don't give it proper value. So there is also a little possibility of it but in the current time most of us know the importance of education and for that reason, I am hopeful that people give enough value even if they get that service free.
