It's better not to be blind in love

Marriage is one of the most important events of a person's life. It says that people get married after reaching a certain age. Aside from age, there are many other things to consider for marriage, like finance, love, trust, and so many other things. There are many conditions in a marriage.

Love is the most important thing in a relationship, and trusting a partner is a part of love, and it's known as the basement of a relationship. So is it necessary to agree with all the conditions or need paperwork in a marriage because a partner is usually supposed to fulfill all the agreements even without the paperwork? Isn't love enough for a relationship? Or is there any necessity of marriage?

The answer mostly depends on the country, as different countries have different cultures. In some countries such a thing is allowed, but in my country marriage is necessary in a relationship. I know that love is the basement of a relationship, but love is blind. When someone has fallen for someone, s/he feels everything is right and good about their partner. They can't see the flaws at the beginning. It revels with time, and several times disagreement and quarrelling are natural. That is the reason one needs to be confirmed about the feelings and responsibility of a relationship.

Everyone is not serious about relationships because some people go for it for entertainment and for selfish desire. They try to take advantage of others just by playing with emotions. Many of us can be a victim of them if we are driven by emotions only. Marriage condition, also known as marriage agreement, is the obstacle for such kinds of people because in that case they must be bound by the law, which can force them to bear the responsibility; otherwise, they will receive the punishment for not following the agreement. So, it's not a bad thing either.

I don't see anything wrong with a marriage agreement because a person naturally bears the responsibility of the relationship, and the paperwork is just a formality, and it doesn't bring any trouble in life. So, what's wrong with the paperwork or agreement?

But again, we can't ignore the disadvantage of it either. Some people are also good at playing with paperwork. They can take advantage of it very well by trapping others by law. According to law, women can get a share of their husband's assets when they get a divorce. Such a thing happens rarely here, but there are some women who want to rob assets using the tricks. I have witnessed one incident like that. One of my relatives married, and after one year, there were many disagreements with the couple, and they were forced to take a divorce at the end. The lady gained a good amount of assets for the divorce as my relative was rich. Later we found that the lady's family had some more history like that, and my relative was one of those victims of the trap.

Whatever, the good thing is in my country most people take the relationship seriously, and marriage agreements are good because people need to think carefully if they are serious about the relationship or not.
