Perfect world is an illusion

As well as I know there are a total of 218 countries in the world although Google shows 195 countries. The area of each country is fixed and almost all the countries have a border to isolate a country from others. There are only a few places where a border doesn't exist between two countries because of a good relationship and understanding. After knowing about it many people start to dream of a borderless world.

If there is no country border then, we can visit from one country to another country without any kind of passport or document which can be very helpful to save a lot of our money. From the perspective of a traveler, it's a great opportunity to travel all over the world and enjoy the beauty of every corner of the world at a low cost. Moreover, people can visit in developed countries for the best treatment which can be a life saving matter for the people of developing countries where the treatment facility is not so updated. So without any border, there are some advantages.

But do you know why the border exists? Is it only created to separate the land, people, and culture? I don't think so. The first thing is security. Every human is not the same and somehow people with ill mentality always exist. It's because good and bad coexist at the same time and there is no chance of existing only good things. Terrorism is one of the things which is hated by most of the people. Very few people became terrorists but they are capable enough to harm huge people. If there is no border then the terrorists can easily escape from a country and in that case, the security issue is a matter of concern.

Land is one of the most precious things in the present world. Each person has the desire to increase their land area and in the case of government, it is also the same. If there is no border then, strong countries having updated weapons won't hesitate to take control of weak countries. It will be a matter of sovereignty. Moreover, many people from underdeveloped countries naturally shift their homes to developed countries for updated facilities. So it's not a very good step for an underdeveloped country because without a population we cannot say it as a country.

Borders are the things that not only isolate the area it also isolate the resources of a country. Based on geographic location the natural resources can be different in different countries but in case there is no border, there will be a very high possibility of stealing the resources from another country.

In different countries there exist different cultures and the diversity of cultures is the beauty. If there is no border then, there naturally exists a high possibility of mixing cultures and we may lose the diversity of culture through time.

So I don't think the borderless world is any kind of good idea as it has many disadvantages compared to it's advantages. It only seems good in our fantasy world, not in reality. Inches of a perfect world I think there is nothing perfect in this world and imagining a perfect world is nothing more than an unrealistic dream or an illusion.
