I know some people feel hesitate to raise their voice and honestly I hate those people as they allow some people take the advantage of it and for not protesting in the future many others also suffer. I am a cool type person but if something unfair happens with me, I raise my voice for it because I know everything is not going to be smooth with a soft voice.
