Yes I actually come across certain people saying I Don't Chase, I Attract. As true as this may sound, there's certainly more to it.
I'm more certain about this very chasing things in reality, a lot of people are actually seen chasing after things, people, jobs and positions they should rather be attracted to.
Chasing in it right context isn't a bad idea, but chasing after stuff aimlessly and without notifications doesn't worth your time and energy.
Chasing is running after something that isn’t running toward you.
Attracting is becoming the kind of person that makes it worth coming close.
Chasing looks like over-explaining, over-texting, over-giving, hoping if you just try harder they’ll see your worth. It puts you in a position of begging for attention, love, opportunities, respect. And the moment you start begging, you’ve already lowered the price.
Attracting is different. It has a lot to do with building yourself up so the right things don’t need to be forced.
You attract by doing certain things but here, I'll mention but a few points of things that should put you on the spotlight of attraction effortlessly.
Raising your standards..People and opportunities meet the level you set for yourself. If you tolerate less, you’ll get less.
Focusing on your life Obsession repels. When you’re busy becoming better, working on your goals, living fully, you become magnetic.
Letting go of desperation Desperation smells like fear. Confidence smells like choice. One makes people pull away, the other makes them lean in.
This doesn’t mean you sit around and wait. You still put yourself out there, take chances, say what you want. The difference is you don’t cling. If it doesn’t move toward you, you let it go and trust that something better will.
Chasing drains you. Attracting compounds you.
When you work on becoming valuable, valuable things stop running away.
What’s one thing you’ve been chasing that might start coming to you if you focused on yourself instead?
It's your handsome friend John Petra, let's meet over there at the comments section, please don't keep me waiting for a long time than necessary. Thank you kindly!
