Good morning everyone!
Retirement in this country is something else,it brings about thinking and so many other things that follows,though the federal government is trying in some ministry while some of the ministries lacks that goodies in which others are enjoying Which is not right,the thing should be in equilibrium. Some states in the country tries also in the retirement plans for its workers and citizens, meanwhile majority of the states and their retirement plans for their workers and citizens is nothing to write home about .
I must say that in the entire country the retirement plans is very low and is a thing of great concern ., in a scale of 100 , I will say that the plan is 40 % , it is even worst in the private companies yes because majority of them don't even have plans for their workers after retirement,they only focus on that working period without knowing that it is also their obligation and responsibility to take care of their workers even after retirement. The concern of retirement in this our wonderful country is something to take more serious, both in government sector and private sectors because this is really leading some people to their early grave because of many health challenges which the acquire during their time in service or the ones they developed due to lack of proper care of themselves in old age , some develop high and low blood pressure during this period because of over thinking. Many families and Their parents have really gone through a lot because of this lack of retirement plans .
Well knowing the situation of our country now it is very necessary we have a plan outside our workplace and also having a very good plan like investing our money in something good that will be off good benefits during retirement and old age. Like me i still have it in mind and also working towards it oninvesting in something that will deliver me at that time of retirement because is never easy during that period because i have seen some people that the thing didn't turn out well during their time because there was no good plan both from the individual and the companies / ministries they worked for . Some individuals suffer what the suffer today due to lack of plan , meanwhile during the time of service they see alot of money and for them ,they think that is how it will be till the end of everything,they forgot to fix things that will generate income in the future no matter how small the investment or income will be .
In conclusion like i said before our country both government and private sectors are not really trying in their method of retirement towards its citizens and that needs to be looked into so that it's citizens will be of good and not of bad during their time of retirement to avoid old age health complications and also excessive parental load in their children and Their various families.
