Health is one of the things that we as beings we don't have to joke with.
Joking with health is good as someone using his life to gamble.
Life without good health system affects the entire economy in one way other other
Healthcare system needs money to Keep it running and functioning, without money believe me health care system will not function well .
It is money that is used to maintain and keep the all the works and it's associate going , so it will really be a bad thing if healthcare should be without any form of financing it will really affect they system.
Meanwhile over here we run two different time of healthcare where they government have it's own and the private has it own but despite being under two separate owners , the aim is still one thing , Which to provide care .
In hospital funding, hospital are always fund by different sources where we have the government, the donors ( foreign aid like UNICEF) , the community and at large the individual themselves and that of individual is called out of pocket cost, this involves the money and individual pays directly to get a health service and care .
There are different hospitals and this is how there policies is . Every hospital with it's own policies and strategy.
Many hospitals will admit a patient a patient and treat him despite him not getting the immediate money needed like money for card and deposit, while other hospitals , majority of them instructs their staffs not to hand and treat any case without the individual making some certain of deposit and this is why is you go to some hospitals today it will be like doctors and nurses are mean by not attending to a patient without seeing any deposit, it is not their fault but rather is is an instruction from there facility.
Some doctors and nurses have paid for bills today due to many them treating without collecting deposit and after treatment patients will run leaving them under the shadow of doing wrong and them paying for the bill .
But to me on a genuine basis i don't support the idea of seeing a patient going through a medical condition and because of money they will not be admitted, that is very very wrong .
In the same hand i will be people with co- professionals that the bill some of them bill their patients this period is becoming alarming, please this is not the patient fault that all of us a here together in this country, at times patients behave how the behave because of the bills they get , some of the doesn't run intentionally so run because of their hospital bill . There was one bill i saw in one facility yesterday it was really high i must commend . So medical practitioners let's looking into our hospital bill🙏. patient also try to consider that this medical practitioners are also human beings like you so we have to think twice before taking some actions.
