Drama Watching Football and Being Chased by Boarding School Security| Week 13 - Edition 01

The period of delinquency in high school is a very extraordinary story to remember, especially if the story is very memorable if told later on. I have a story, which can be said to be memorable and unique for me to remember and tell in the future. Long ago, I attended a boarding school. All of our activities are carried out within the dormitory, whether it be teaching, eating, sleeping, and exercising, all of which we do within the dormitory. Our dormitory is guarded by several security people who keep students from leaving the hostel without the permission of the hostel staff. Previously, I was a good student and obedient to all the rules imposed in the dormitory until I got to know the world of football and I became interested in watching live broadcasts on television of European clubs competing. at that time we had a European club that we excelled in separately, it made us have our own prestige among fellow school friends.

When I was still in boarding school, I couldn't watch the game live because the hostel where I lived didn't have a television to watch, so I got news about football matches from newspapers. at one point, it occurred to me to leave the dormitory and watch the match live. I tried various ways to ask permission from the hostel officials to be able to watch the match live. but unfortunately, the officer on duty at that time did not give me permission to leave the hostel. then I do not stay silent. I was looking for another way to get out and watch the game live because at that time my favorite club would be playing. Latas, I sneak out by climbing the high fence of the dormitory. At that time, I didn't know there was a security patrolling along the dormitory fence. Unfortunately, I was caught. they immediately chased me and I immediately ran away from them and hid in one of the bushes. the security guards kept looking for me everywhere until they were exhausted and decided to stop the search. after I felt safe, I then got out of the thicket and continued my journey to find a place that was showing the match. when I arrived at a shop that was showing the match, I immediately rested and watched the match. The match was so exciting that I was negligent and didn't care about my surroundings. until at the last minute of the match, apparently the security guard who was looking for me knew my location and finally I was arrested. I was immediately taken to the hostel and interrogated by them. after being interrogated by them, I was immediately handed over to the hostel staff and finally I was punished and I was given a warning not to do it again.

delinquency in high school is a natural thing for teenagers who are growing up. however, they must always be monitored and not spared in guidance so that the delinquency does not drag on until it becomes a criminal act in the future.
