Desi food Kabab 🔥

Hello Everyone

How are you all. I hope you all are well. Today I came here with a new trend. I had never made any food and something like that but today I tried to made food. Today some guests are coming including Hive account@pari.warsh and her family. So she asked me to made some kabab because she loves kabab specially when I made them. I invite her and she said ... Kinza if you will make kabab for me then I will come otherwise I am sorry. So I made kabab for her. Don't judge her she is too much pukhi type u know 🤧🤪😂😂😍. Juts kidding.
Well Here I had shared the look of my kababs.

Final Look

Material

I used some specific material including
Meat

Onion

Chilli

Some spicies

Oil

Etc.

Process

I take meet and then i start to Grand meet and then i take green chili ginger and lesson then i do same process and i grand all thing then i take onion then i do again same process but i squeeze onion and separate onion water i take onion without onion water the look os here

Then i take dry coriander and zira i wrote this spicy name in urdu I don't know this name in English so then i grand both the look is here

Then i take other spicy like that red chili, black chili and salt etc i take all spicy amount according to tast the look is here of all materials

Then i mixed all materials that i grand one by one i take oil and i add little amount of oil in which the the material of kabab is ready

Then i kept this material into the freezer for one hour
After one hour i take his material and the i take seekh and i start to made kabab look

I apply little amount of oil on the seekh the look os here

Then i take some amount of material and i roll around the seekh and i made kabab i do same process again and again and i made kabab

Then i take boul and i take some amount of water and i put on the stove and i to light a fire and when the condition of water is like this

Then i take a plate thats have more ports

I put this plate on the boul and i keep kabab on it like this

Then i keep the bout plate on it and after 3 or 4 mint its first look is ready

Then i fried lightly of all kababs and the finall look is here
