Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This is going to be Week 56, Edition 01 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last week Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our first topic for this week which is, “SPEND AND NOT TO SPEND”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “THE OLDEST PERSON YOU KNOW”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the oldest person in their lives, what made the person unique, and why they loved them.
We got to see and read about a lot of beautiful old people, from family members to friends. Old people are truly loads of fun to be with, and they are a fountain of wisdom we would always be grateful to tap from. It was an interesting topic indeed.

This author told us about his aunt’s husband. A former military personnel who is more than three times the author’s age. He had a lot of tips that he shared with the author which turned out to be helpful. From work to other facets of life. He is fondly called Uncle by everyone..
STILL STRONG AT 100, MY INANG SISA by
For this author, she told us about her grandmother who is 100 years old. Despite her age, she is still quite strong and has a lot of go. She is a religious person, but she does not force her belief on her family members. When she turned 100, her family members threw a grand party for her. It was spectacular indeed!

“Every day, we hear in the news about how lots of money is being allocated for one thing or the other in our country. Sometimes we agree with them, and other times, we don't understand why such amounts would be spent on things like that. Tell us one thing in your country you believe the government should spend on, but they don't. And then one thing they shouldn't spend on, but they do. Please share with us.”
