So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our third topic for this week which is, “FUNNY EVENT”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “BEST WORD OF ADVICE”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the time they received advice that ended up being valuable to them and helping them out in life.
We got to see that advice can come from anywhere and anyone at all, many times we do not even see the value until we find ourselves in the situation that warrants following such. Having people around to lend advice is one of the best things that can happen to a person. It was an interesting topic indeed.

And it is very relatable, we all are alone in this world, and if we choose to wait around for someone to come save us, then we would be waiting until we drop dead. We have to tackle our challenges ourselves and fight our battles, that is the only way we can get headway in life.

For this author, he shared his story of how his cousin advised him to never settle for less. In life, always strive for the highest you can reach. Don’t settle for average, don’t settle for minimum. And it was this advice that opened his eyes to all the possibilities that were open to him.
