Being a super hero with amazing superpowers has been one of my greatest wishes from the moment I began watching the late 90's Superhero cartoons till now.
Oh well, don't ask me to name those early 90's cartoons.
But, I can remember some of the early 20's cartoons that we watched via Cable and some we still watch even today, for instance: Superman, Batman, Zorro, Iron Man, the Super heroes in X-Men and Samurai Jack, among others.

In all, Superman has always been my favourite Comic Superhero. His abilities are Super-human and one that I would always love to have. In fact, I remember mimicking him as a kid: tying my Mom's wrapper on my neck to represent the wings, and acting as though I could fly.
Well, thank God I didn't practice the real flying aspect from 2 storey building.
But, till now, I still wish I was Superman with a touch of Batman (NB: Just the Financial aspect of Batman, because that is literally his superpowers). 😅
When I saw this topic, "One Superpower", I asked myself, "Sam, do you know what a superpower is? Like, the real meaning ooo?"
Initially, I said to myself, "well, it should mean someone who possesses super human powers, like my Favourite superhero Superman or Naruto who is stuck with Kurama (the 9 tailed beast).
On the other hand, however, I felt, "let me check my phone's dictionary to see the dictionary meaning of the word."

Among the definitions given, I choose to settle with a synthesis of numbers 1 and 3.
Definition 1 - Excessive or superior power
Definition 3 - A fictional extraordinary physical or mental ability, especially possessed by a superhero or supervillain.
From this, I would simply define superpower as:
"an extraordinary physical or mental ability" or "a superior physical or mental power wield by a human.
From my definition, I choose to limit the idea of superpower to a power wield by humans and to remove the "fiction" aspect. By doing this, it would grant me the choice of being realistic and to choose something that will bother on real life situation.
With this, I began searching for the superpower that would be better. I thought about many options: I thought about flying, reading minds, being invincible and being invisible, among others.
But these superpowers will benefit me more than others.

On a second thought, I took a different approach. I decided to be more practical. I decided to think of something that will benefit others more than it will benefit me; since having a superpower grants you more powers to help others.
Looking at the world at large, one can easily notice that there is an increase in the number of people suffering from physical injuries/sickness, emotional injuries, psychological injuries and spiritual injuries.
Many people seek treatments from hospitals, clinics, psychologists, counsellors and spiritual personnel, yet their problems keep compounding and getting worst, day by day.
I just wish I have this Superpower.
Oh! IF ONLY I COULD GRANT INSTANT HEALING to those suffering from Physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual sicknesses (at least), then I believe the world will better than it is
I may not heal everyone! I may not grant total change or transformation in the world. However, I believe the little I will do, will benefit others and will put smiles on the faces of those healed and those who care about them: at least, I will see smiles on the faces of children, parents, extended family members, friends and enemies, as well.
THEIR SMILE WILL MAKE MY SMILE, SMILE!
