As it's life and we've to connect with many people, it doesn't matter we are connect with them in real life and in virtual life. But in both world we have to connect until we are alive and it's needed. To do our daily task and many others task we talk to each other and than do our work's.

We are humans!
As we are humans not robot we it's obvious thing that we all have some kind of virtue, we have other bad habit too but we all have one virtue too that may show our personality, it means a single virtue will tell us about our personality. If one is having a virtue of kindness we said he's kind, if one is having a virtue of honesty we say he's honest man. If one have a virtue of loyalty we say he's loyal person.
Virtue which you should have!
Although a person should having more than one virtue in his which makes him a good person but I think the most common virtue of kindness everyone should have inside him. He should be kind to others.
Kindness is the key of success
For me kindness is the virtue which everyone should have. Without kindness you're not a good person! I know honesty is also necessary but kindness is needed in simple terms of life too.
How kindness used in our daily life?
When we're talking to someone, we should be kind to others. It doesn't matter we're talking to our parents, siblings, eldest or any random person we should be kind as everyone deserves respect and it's their right too.

If you're not kind to your parents, siblings or closest relative than they'll hurt but your colleague start to say some bad word's for you if you don't kind to them. They never remember you in good word's.
When we are going out of home for job and some other matter, we need to communicate with other people and we should be kind. Currently I'm working as a teacher since many year's and I observe that people should have kindness, personally i don't consider them good people who aren't kindness to others. Even if my own students don't kind with their other classmates than i gave them punish and asked them to be kind because it's make them a good person.
- Similarly, on hive we shouldn't be rude with each other and we don't hurt other by our words. And we should be kind with each other.
It's hurt me!
I remember, once there was a teacher in our school and she's experienced teacher, when i go to school I noticed her behavior to others snd with me too, she has some other kind of attitude that she's the most senior teacher of school and she try to disrespect other, I really feel bad when she applied her similar behavior with me, I was prefer to be silent when she show her bad attitude. But One day I said to her that you need to be kind with other staff too as we are humans too. But she didn't change her behavior.
Later i went to senior Mam of school and i told to Mam about her behavior which wasn't good with other staff. Although she's a good teacher, but she's not kind to others. And that's hurt other too. Our senior Mam take action against her and warned her to be kind with other's. And than she try to be kind with us.

Ending thoughts!
Your other virtue's will help you to live a good life in very personal way but your kindness help you to build a image of yourself in front of others. I always love kind people who are very kind to others and I think world will be a better world if everyone is kind with each other.
