I am also here for sharing my recipe creativity in . Today I cooked Afghani mlai kabab. It's very very tasty but time required. I want to share so let's start the process.
Ingredients
One kg chicken mince
Onions
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
One cup yogurt
Half cup milk cream
Spices
Salt
Black pepper
White pepper
Garam masala
Fresh green coriander
Process
First I took one kg chicken mince then added some spices like salt black pepper dry grind coriander garam masala ginger garlic paste one tablespoon green chillies one tablespoon paste green coriander chilli flakes then mixed well and made long size kabab. I fried whole kabab in oil.
Kabab was ready now I prepared gravy and for this step I took onions ginger garlic green chillies some cashews you can also add almonds. I stir fry whole ingredients in the one tablespoon oil for two minutes then took out and grind for making paste.
Now I again took pan put some oil and paste then I cooked it. Later on I added salt black pepper white pepper and one cup yogurt for making gravy.
After cooking gravy I added fried kabab in the gravy then mixed them well and added half cup cream for more taste.
I covered and put it on dum under low flame for two minutes.
I took out in a dish and garnish with fresh green coriander.
