Today I came back to you again with a new recipe to make soft fluffy poya cake or oil cake. I hope you like it.
So let's see friends how I made poya cake or oil cake-
Here I have the materials -
1- Ataap rice powder
2- Flour
3- Sugar
4- Coconut Kora
5- Salt to taste and
6-Soybean oil etc.
Method -
First I put a pot in the oven and gave it enough water in the pot. Now I will heat the water lightly. So the water has been heated slightly. This time I took it down from the stove.
This time I put some salt and sugar in the water. Now with the help of a spoon, stir well and mix the salt and sugar well with water.
This time I put coconut in it. This time I put rice powder inside it. This time I have mixed it well. This time I put flour in it to soften the cake. Now I will make a good mixture. So my cake making mix has been made.
This time I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put the cake mixture inside the pan with the help of a spoon. See how swollen the cake is. When the cake swelled, I turned the other cake over. This is how I made all the cakes. This time I am serving in a container.
Poya cake or oil cake is a very well known cake in Bangladesh. This cake is made and eaten almost all the time in our country, but most of the cake is made and eaten in winter. And winter cakes are very tasty to eat. There are no people in our country who do not make other cakes but do not eat poya cakes or oil cakes. This cake is very popular among the common people.
