Pride leads to disgrace and humility precedes honour.the only reason why pride lifts you up is to let you down.let others do the saying while you do the acting.wise men say little of what they know.if really you are good, others will speak of you.but remember there has not existed a man who is the best in all ramifications.no matter how good you may think you are,there are millions of people out there born and yet to be born who will be far better than you.
That which you think you know someone else knows it better than you do.there is no champion forever.it is right to believe in yourself but never you think that without you nothing can be done.fames and glory are function of time.one an esteem one day above another.another esteem everyday a like.let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind (proverb 1vs 3:5).
When you swim in the ocean of pride,the humility in you lives you.people will appreciate you the more when you belittle yourself,compare to who really you are.dont take the word confidence as pride.
Over confidence alone will cause you disgrace let alone pride, remember a man's pride shall bring him low,but ours shall uphold the humble in spirit (proverb 29:23)
