History, in one word, is a tale told by people, in other words, victors, which might also be true. Every story we have been told from family, friends, school, nation, community, even your village in general, not to talk of Nigeria itself, is a history of the old times, which we are meant to know most of those history might be a warning to us to avoid doing something stupid or keep us safe, but it all comes down to how much of the truth was told then.

When i sat down and think of Nigeria on his own the history been told about it, i do wonder if most of them were true cause nigeria on his own his full of lies greed as corrupted us we cant tell what is real and fake anymore our leaders history is now like a play toy to us when someone go about telling the great history of Nigeria like how we gain Independence and gain civilization in me i would be like Is it not better we remain chained under them than the current situation of Nigeria now. I can't even imagine how worse it will be from now till 20 years. Daily living in Nigeria is getting difficult to In a new policy choking the world's hope of becoming something tangible it becomes far each morning you wake up and start to think about the economy of the country.
They will be telling us how one hero fought for our colonization and fought to gain independence. Even most of Nigeria's colonization has always remained one-sided. They never talked about the fallen people who paid the price of our colonization; only those who won the price are the ones we heard of. Every government in power reshapes the rules however they like it makes us wonder are we ever going to be free from the suffering they told us would happen back then those are the tales of our freedom but now it doesn't look like we're having one.
The main question is will there ever be a way to correct this perception? Can the truth ever be fully told about what really went down during the colonization?
Well, maybe not all but every generation has the chance to question? Think deeper and challenge what has been passed down not just totally believe the good part which they will tell you also make inquiries about the bitter one before it will be your turn to pass it down in that way people can we ever learn how to move forward with history and have knowledge of our own history a better understanding of it.
That's enough of Nigeria's history it might sound like I have something against my country but it's the bitter truth of how history is currently now, in the end history is not just about how it happened but who tells the history and how it can be remembered as a good legacy that works towards a better insight of the future.
