It is important to create a way of doing things. Most times in a unique way. Life hacks are different depending on discoveries and utilization. The way I discovered something and how I utilize it, is a two different things all together. It is just like a culture, because culture is actually the way a certain group or people do their things, can be way of worship, way of prayer, dressing, it can also be the way of making meals and eating, and a lot more. It is just about, discovering and utilizing it, to your own way.
Right from childhood, I have grown to be an individual who does his things in a unique way. Not because, other are doing it wrong, but I just love doing things differently but achieving the same goal. However, in most cases, it is not easy to be unique, so it requires a lot of commitment and engagement to arrive at that particular goal.
Because of this, it have made me see life in a different way, the way I think, the way I plan my self and how I go about executing or utilizing my plans.
To be fair, majority of us, have deviced many hack of life, Even without knowing that these are what they are. You just see yourself doing that without realizing that it have become a process for you. But you just utilize that act and go your way.
I have a rule I work with whenever I am faced with task. That rule, is Parkinson's Rule, which states that "work expand to fill the time frame given" whenever I'm face with work and I have to get it done I try as much as possible to limit the time frame so I could achieve that work before the expected time. It have helped me in many ways and most of the situation I have time to review my work after getting it done before, finally submission.
When it comes to reading, I have my way of reading and preparing for exams, and it have been working for me so far. I make sure, I cover all the given handout before exams and at least go through it again. Preferably, reading early morning, works more for me and allow fast and easy assimilation for me.
Creating something that works for you and utilizing it properly it things we have to understand and put in place.
