Everyday by day we go to different places hunting for accommodation and apartment with different test in our different locations. These days it is very difficult to get a proper accommodation of your test. If you manage to get it is either the accommodation or the apartment is expensive, far from your actual place of work, or something must be a limitation to 100% actualization.
The very first day I house Hunt, what's my days in 100 level in university, it was not an easy experience because it is a student-based center where not just me was looking for accommodation, almost everyone who don't have an apartment was look for one during that period..
I had series or awkward experiences during the period I was looking for an apartment. The place some managed to get, was quite okay but then, I don't know that there are about two agents for that particular house, after which I made payment to one agent who I get to know the house through him, he didn't direct me to the owner of the house or the landlord, and the other agents paid before he pay mine. I didn't know all these were going on, not until the day I came to pack in my properties for the first Day, I started hearing a lot of storylines that I didn't understand at all. So, In my area, you have to wise up for you to secure an apartment even when you paid for it.
However we might have our personal taste, all the things we always look out for when looking for an apartment. In as much as these days we don't see the complete set of all we want when you get to an apartment we have our test or what will anticipate to see in an apartment that will say that, it is okay by us. And I will regard these things are "The priority needs we look out for in house Hunting".
One of these things are; Quite Environment: but we live in environment that is always noisy, we indirectly loses our self peace. In fact, no matter how noises someone is they always look hard for a quiet time to have peace and serenity. Ventilation: Proper Ventilation is one things I always look out for in search of apartment. I mean, the Air we breath is what keeps us going and life in general, so, imagine when there's no proper Ventilation. Good Source of Electricity: electricity is among the top things I priority so much, and if there's no electricity, damn shit I can't cope in the environment or the apartment..
Water: Some People say, water is life, Yes, without water in an apartment, I don't know how we will survive and all that, because I don't think we can do a living without water. There are other things I always look out for when looking for an accommodation apartment.
Right now, I have not become a landlord or own a house that I can rent on to tenants, but when that time comes definitely I will know the measures I will take to ensure I make right decisions or right choice. And the kind of tenants that will prefer to occupy my building.
