A lot of persons stay in an accommodation and in apartment without knowing people who are next to them. While some creates this good relationship among people who are around them. The idea behind minding my business is something that has spoiled a lot of things today. People cannot boldly call their neighbors, ask for favor or in situation of emergency. These days it is a game of sword, it has two face or two edge. Being friends or creating a good relationship with your neighbors is great but then what happen when you don't create a balance why doing this? You might face a lot of challenges, that you may not be able to solve within a short period of time.
It can as well be a great opportunity to expand your connection and networking within your living area. Everybody minds their business, No cap!! But in what way do you mind your business? A lot of person have pride themselves into staying on their own, minding their business and not associating with people around them. There is one thing I have known about this life, which is, you don't have it all no matter what. There are point in life where you will need other people's assistant to do just a little thing. No matter how serious, mean and wealthy you might look, or be, it does not prevent or exempt the fact, that we all are human being and we are at the point of asking for help.
One thing about me is that no matter how strange my environment may look I always have a way to create this close relationship between my neighbors and I. Before I located to this place that I'm staying now, I used to have neighbor around at a point everybody was on their own and minding their business, I did something that made us to unite even though we are from different families. Things that were causing issues in the environment or building got resolved and everyone was living in peace.
You can't believe that before my living in that compound, some persons May do laundry, and unfortunately it might rain and when they return back, they will see these clothes outside and it was beaten by rain. Like, no body cares about anything at all. Then, everybody was leaving well we had family people in that building whenever the children are going to school, none of them can help each other to carry their children to school even when the other person is compromised, can the funniest thing here is that all the children in that building was attending the same school.
Creating a good communication and good relationship with your neighbors is very important. It might not be too deep or too close but let there be a relationship, that you understand each other at least to that extent. Some persons may stay in a building without knowing the name of their immediate neighbor's name, which is very bad. Always ensure you build a good relationship with your neighbors.
