It is so quick to think about retirement when I'm here to start practice as a civil servant already, all to even work or serving in a service. It is taking ahead of time, predictive analysis, I mean, predicting what the future will be, when we are not there. It is also a funny thing to do and also at the same time very interesting. It is funny because you don't know if you are staying till the next hour of your life, however it is also interesting because what if you eventually see the next hour of your life, if you really plan well for it, is become very interesting to you, because, you plan towards what you are expecting or similar to what's display.
By next ones I will be making complete one year I graduated from nursing profession as a Registered Midwife. I didn't start working immediately, I went back to an institution to do special program, which I will be completing very soon. And fortunately I will be looking out for a good paying job, it can be in a private sector or in a government sector. Whichever sector I plan to work just for 35 years or 60 years. Either walking by age of individual, or age in service, Whichever one that comes first.
Here comes to big moments, "RETIREMENT" Retirement comes with a lot of mental processing, at first you have to be mentally ready to accept before that you are not going to be working like before and automatically you may end up not earning like before, which the percentage of you not earning like before, when you were in service is 75% if you don't have other source of income except from your salary.
Well, lucky for me. I am a medical practitioner. Which means, I have the capacity to even be practicing after retirement and still be making a decent amount of money. In my field of practice, I can become a consultant at that point in time. My field of studies is not a practice that limit your exhibition. You can carry out your practice as far as you are Fit and knows what to do.
Let's say I don't have a definite retirement plan at the moment. But believe me I can really see a medical practitioner who retire and still depend on retirement pension. It is either they are covering shit, for people, work in private sector as a contract nurse or doctor, or the own a clinic. Unless one decide not to do any other thing but believe me before a medical practitioner make this decision there is other source of income that might be greater than the actual salary before retirement.
Just like I'm about to enter into the service, a good planning ahead of time will help to perfect retirement season. Pension might not be enough to sustain someone after retirement people with the mental Stress, that comes with it.
However, for me, I will definitely enjoy my retirement. I always plan ahead of time so in situations like this, it will never be a different case. The well plan retirement anticipation, gives you less mental health stress, during these period.
