The magic word here is trust. Once a child trusts his or her parents, the child will not only listen to them but also be willing to share his or her journey with them. That makes it easy for parents to guide and instruct. I just hope parents can learn how to make their kids fully trust them. It takes a lot of trust for a child who has done wrong to open up to his parents.
