I've had countless holidays that I can have a list from as my best holidays but I'll like to relive the memory of the most recent one I had before I came to school (that is during the strike). It was a holiday I went on with my siblings to see our mum in another state. I've seen my mum too much so you might be wondering what actually made it my most recent best holiday.
It was the adventure we had...
One thing I like about travelling is getting to see new places, seeing new faces and experiencing new things all together... Even getting lost and be found π it's all for the adventure. I can remember how almost lost we were when we got to the park to locate our mum's place from there. Well, we didn't get lost thanks to asking questions around.
We got home safely and mum welcomed us with one of her delicacies. I can't forget the different delicacies we had all through our stay there, we even went on some outings that made us try new kind of meals/snacks. Mum sure did her best to make our stay memorable even though it wasn't for long.
I can remember a tour ride I had with my sister around a part of the state, it was both stressful and adventurous... We realized how easy it had been for us in our home state in terms of transportation π but we loved it anyway. It was fun and we got home almost late at night that day, the memory of it is the best part for me.
If there was something I learnt during my best holiday, it was self and family love. I can't count the number of times in those few times we spent there when we laughed as family, did a lot of things together as family (especially being active on Hive). It was around that time my brother joined Hive so it was more like a family affair π although mum's department was the inspiration or motivation giver.
So that was my best holiday for now. Would create a new one soon, I'm sure of it.
My Worst Holiday - A visit to no network area
Like I've said in my title, it is my best holiday over my worst holiday even though I learnt a thing or two from my worst holiday. Too bad, I have no pictures to share for my worst holiday, thanks to the bad phone I had back then. It was way back in 2017 I think, a holiday before I started a pre degree program.
I went to visit grandma without my siblings, it was just me, grandma and a little cousin of mine. It wasn't totally boring but the bad network there made me feel so. As a lover of chats and connecting with the online world, it was a complete torture to me. While I'm trying to nurse my crying heart, grandma would come up with the next farming agenda knowing that I'm one of her most lazy grand daughter π₯²

It was never fun when we visit the farm because during break periods, I'll be totally bored as there was network there too... I even stopped taking my phone along with me since I couldn't do anything without network (I can't start seeing a movie in the farm).
I remember how much I was praying for the time I told grandma I was returning home (I actually pushed the date backwards when I realized she had forgotten the date I told her π) and that was how I freed myself from no network craziness.
Yes, I learnt patience and forbearance π€£ I know they are the same thing but that is it! It wasn't way for me at all. Not being with my siblings and being the only grown up in the house with her grandma, it was a whole new experience for me all together.
I'm not saying I don't like to visit my grandma, I just prefer it to be a full house when I visit. Having my siblings and cousins around makes my visit there super fun.
And that is it for my worst holiday (not as worse as some persons own though)
