Majorly i love anything sport and there are lots of sport activities i do see. Is it the aspect of gymnastic, football, basket ball etc. They all are nice sports. The sporting activity I love seeing and doing is SPRINTING This activity is the type that needs speed from the very beginning to the end line and a game of just one person. The loose and wins is on the shoulder of the sprinter unlike other games that have to do with team play.
There are three stages in sprinting, if a sprinter wants to beat other sprinters with huge gap the first thing is:
*The sprinter should start a Sprint with a fast drive from the start point. A drive will give an edge of other sprinters
*secondly is the maximum speed in motion and direction
*Thirdly he/she have to maintain the speed , the sprinter must keep up the max velocity to the very end.
Back then in primary school when it time for sport activities. Then we are grouped according to our house colors. So the best in each house color represent the house in sprinting against another house color. Me being the short little boy with long leg disadvantage was asked to Sprint With my fellow house members. I was scared inside of me but I know I can do it because whenever I run I don't get tired easily and I do run so fast that the person behind me won't hear my footsteps.
Fortunately for me I Sprint with my fellow house members and took first. That was how I was nominated to Sprint against other house colors. It was a very challenging competition. In a nutshell I represented my house color and took the second position. Since then my love for Sprint grew bigger and deeper.
I love Sprint particularly because it helps in burning calories and keeps the body in shape and also help in regulating our blood pressure and sugar in the body.
Just imagine doing what you love and also helping the body to be in perfect health position.
