Phones are the biggest resource of reducing our relationships and we are being addicted of it. The biggest reason behind this is, the social media, we scroll and scroll, we want to sleep at night but the videos we are watching on TikTok, YouTube and so many other platform can't be able to did it.
A research comes in that using phone is as addicted as the alcohol and tobacco and this is not a illusion, it's not a theory, its a fact. It not only waste our time it also waste our energy, we can feel it after using a phone for hours we feel tired. So I realised that I'm wasting my time and getting more addictive to my phone so I'm writing this article where I'll talk about how I'll be tricking control on my life once again like I once had before I got my phone.

Why I'm Addicted to Phone?
The first point that I shall have to realise that I have a phone addiction in the first place. Most of the people, if we ask them "Are you addicted to your phone?" they will say "No I'm not addicted. So this is the point first thing is first you have to realise you are addicted so I realise that I'm addicted of phone.
My addiction journey started like 2 years ago and I was spending 6 hours a day on my phone that was pretty much huge time for day. I'm pretty sure that my addiction is coming from most of social media sites like, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube shorts, so at these places I think I'm spending most of time.
What I Can Do Without Phone?
Many people advices me like Uninstall these Apps but how many day it gonna last. According to me, it's gonna last two day, three day or maximum a week so I decided that I'll use my time on like, doing Bodybuilding because it's the only hobby that I have. I shall spend more time in gym but the important thing is to let off my phone at home. This will help me to focus on my own hobby not in my phone.
By doing exercise I don't even think about my phone because my a focus on my bodybuilding. The number one reason behind using phone is because we are bored if i' just sitting on my bed I don't have nothing to do I just take my phone and start scrolling that is the normal physiology of how it's all working. So I think I shall have replace that activity with my body building. When I did not have the time to look at my phone then definitely I will don't even think about my phone.
The next point I had realise that is very very practical point that I need to setup a phone free zone. Essentially, if I'm studying or doing any other practical work then I shall let off my phone to another place this will also help me to become more productive and also almost finish my screen time.
I shall also put my phone in my bag instead of in my pocket while I'm traveling. I take many lessons of how can I get rid of my phone, many people advices me like, uninstall mostly using apps, built a high willpower to not to use your phone. I decide to started a practical work, some productive work that will help me in my mental and physical help and the most important, to help me get rid of phone.
I realised that I'm using much phone because I'm charging it on my bed because the socket is available near to my bad then I charge my phone to another room this will keep away me to my phone.
