As a young person in the University.

Especially someone who's so much dependent on their parents.
School will show you shege.
Sometimes all you will be drinking is garri.😂😂
Though I haven't experienced this before, I'm praying that God will not allow me to oo😂
Imagine drinking garri the whole day. I've seen that so many times 😂
Nigerian universities are just too stressful.
Financially draining. Though that's education, education is expensive.
You will buy text books, buy notebooks, writing materials, transport everything, feeding everyday, pay faculty fues, chamber dues for me that's a law student. Etc.
There are just too many things to pay for.
Then in my own campus,my faculty which is located at the permanent site is the home of sunlight. The sun is so hot that if it scorches you,you will have no choice but to run for your life.
The campus is very big and bushy. Lonely and scary .
It's only God that's protecting us o
Should I also talk about the aspect of waiting for lecturers?
You will wait for lecturers for complete 3 or 4 hours and they end up not showing up.
When you decide not to go because of the uncertainty of the class,it is that day they will write test.
God abeg o😂😂
That was how I missed my human rights law tutorial lecture's class last semester and she refused to give make up test
Though the result is out and I have a B.
So in order to avoid missing test, you will start coming for classes. Sometimes a class would be announced 30 minutes before starting. Imagine boarding a bus from your far distant place to where the class would be held.😂😂
You will cryyy 😔😔
Like today,we had a sociology class by 8 and I didn't know.
I didn't really check because they announced about a particular course at night which would be held by 10
So thinking that there won't be any class before that ten made me overlook my messages.
Chai costly mistake.
It was by 9:30 I checked messages to see that there was a test by 8🙆🙆
Omo,I had to dress up fast to attend other classes na
So it won't be that I missed everything for today.
So before I got to the venue for the class, the lecturer was already in.
He doesn't allow students in after he's in class
I and others like me that came quite late, stayed outside till the lecture was over.
And the other course we're supposed to have after then was cancelled. Imagine?
I'm still in school now, typing this .
Though I will soon go to the next campus for rehearsals.
We have a moot competition coming up on Saturday. 💃
That's the reason for the rehearsals.
Sooooo, I'm thinking of being one of the counsels.
It's on a very interesting and complex case that's based on Contract law.
Contract people and their wahala. Anywaysss
Do you want to know about the case?
If you would love to know about it,let me know in the comment section. Then I will write about it in my next post.
See youuuuu🤍
I'm so tired. Phew.🥺
