There are some days I really don't want to remember because of the craziness of the day. We all know that a birthday party is one of the most beautiful things to celebrate every year, as you only have one day in 365 to celebrate yourself. Honestly, I really do value birthday parties, and not because of anything; it's just that we can't live forever, and when we are still available on earth, we should celebrate ourselves. And since it's just once a year, I value it so much; in fact, we should celebrate ourselves every day for living.
The craziest birthday party
The long-awaited birthday party is something we have been planning for a very long time, and this is because she's my best friend. I was at the university with some of my other friends. December 6 is the day I will never forget. Since we are in the month of December, and of course it's going to January, we know that we used to be very free this time around, especially in school. We had plans to go to a series of places to celebrate her birthday, along with hangouts and so on. We planned to stay in the hotel over the night, so the next day we plan to visit a waterfall, an art museum, and some other beautiful places, but it all depends on our time.
To cut a long story short, we prepared Nigerian jolof rice and roasted chicken that same night and had fun at the bar before going to our hotel room. since we are to celebrate it there.
The party time
The MC called the birthday girl "Birthday Girl," and they started doing the necessary things. We danced, had a lot of fun, and so on. The party was so much fun until they brought food for everyone to eat.
Well, we asked a friend of ours to prepare the Nigerian jolof and the chicken, along with a side of stew. The funniest part was that she was dating a guy who smoked weed. They cooked the jolof rice, not knowing that she had added weed to the food. Well, that is where we could not understand until now. Maybe her boyfriend was the one who added the weed, or she made a mistake by adding lots of weeds to the rice and chicken stew.
They served everyone, and everyone started eating. There was also alcohol on the ground. But then, only two people used to drink alcohol. Well, someone like me doesn't take alcohol.
After 30 minutes, they served everyone, and everyone finished their food. Then there was drama everywhere. It all started with the MC. No one noticed, not until this man took off his clothes and started dancing so hard on the stage. We thought it was normal until a friend of mine told me that the ground was moving. LOLS, how can the ground move? Is that not funny? Well, you all will be asking, "How am I not affected?" I should be affected, but then I was busy talking to a beautiful friend of mine. When they were serving the food, I only took two chickens; I gave her one and took the other. I was unable to finish the chicken, and this is because I was enjoying the conversation with my dear friend.
Well, that night was a crazy night, I must say. All plans were cancelled, and we could not even finish the party. I had to carry some of my friends to the hotel room while a lot of people slept at the bar. That's funny. The craziest part of it all is that they all wake up very well after two days. Especially the birthday girl; she keeps sleeping all the time.
We had to cancel all the plans and pay for an extra two days at the hotel. In a nutshell, we could not go anywhere again because of the sleeping competition going on.
After my friend gained consciousness, they were just laughing at each other because I had taken some videos of how they were displaying at the party.
I won't ever forget that day. I'm sure none of my friends will. Until this moment, I do not just go to parties anyhow, nor will I just eat food at parties without other people eating first.
