Hello all welcome to my blog i wish each and everyone the best in our ramifications. here is my story about court.
One of the experience to have in life is how court operate but then i don't think i want to visit court anytime soon because all my mentality is that the only thing that is being done in court is just full of criminals activities, honestly i can't withstand the fact of sitting inside the court and see someone being sentence to death. I'm not sure i can get over something like that because I'm too emotional i will just cry lols 😂. Imagine saying you are being sentence to death or sentence to 1 year of prison with hard labor, honestly i will be the first person to cry first before the person.
The only little experience i have is when i went for affidavits in court and all i can say i know about it is i saw a big house or should i called it a hall all the surroundings are so neat and i see people going in and coming out but then i can't say the exact thing they are doing there meanwhile i just find my way to do my affidavit and leave while some securities looking me lols 😂 i guess they are just being careful too.
I know court is not only meant for criminals activities but also for settlement and so on but for the fact that i use to watch it in some movies and see how the two lawyers defending and opposing each other while a judge sitting down looking at the two lawyers and taking note of what they are saying and at the end of everything he or she gave the final say is something someone should witness but the fact that the lawyer can just give sentence to someone is what I'm scared of.
I once have the ability to send someone to court for a right judgement i was in my shop when this culprit came and find my trouble and the trouble leads him to a police station because it's all about assault and threaten after which the person almost spent 24 hours in the station i was been told to charge them to court so they can do the needful immediately i hear that name court 😂 i feel like this is a big problem this person has caused and of course my friend has already taken the matter up she has already called a lawyer and to cut the long story shot the lawyer came to the station and ask us what we want i just told him that charging to court will cause another trouble for them and I'm already pitying them 😂 i wish they never did what they have done and I'm sure they regretted what they did because they just keep begging they don't want to go to court. I begged my friend too and i just allow them to sign undertaken just in case they want to prove stubbornness in the future. what I'm saying in essence is that I've the ability to take them to court because I'm right but for the fear i have to court i just close the case and let them go.
