When we think about doing something big in life, we usually see a very big picture in front of our eyes. It seems that everything will change in one day life will take a different direction if we make a big decision but over time, I have realized one thing that the real changes in life come very quietly and behind those changes are small habits. Some habits that seem so small at first that we often do not give them importance.
To me, small habits seem like seeds of a tree. When a seed is planted in the ground, nothing is understood from the outside. But under the ground, it slowly starts creating its roots. One day suddenly we see a small seedling emerge from that seed. In the same way, our small good habits also work invisibly at first and then one day we clearly see their results.
Another thing I have noticed is that we often set very big goals but forget to take small daily steps to achieve that goal. Maybe we think that one day we will do something big but before that day comes, we get tired. But if we do even a small task every day, then those small tasks will gradually take us towards our big goal.
I think life is not made up of big events, but of small moments and habits every day. The small task that we neglect today may become the foundation of tomorrow's big success. So sometimes it is most important to create small good habits instead of thinking about big changes. The most beautiful thing about life is that it changes gradually. Trying to be a little better every day, learning, and improving ourselves a little bit, these small habits can one day take us to a place that we may never have imagined.
