This is a very familiar question for those of us who work or have worked. When we sit on an interview board, we are often asked why should we hire you? Or what is it about you that we can give you a chance? In fact, if you think about it a little deeper, you will see that this question is not only in the field of employment but also in the field of investment. Because when a company hires someone, they are not just hiring a person but also making an investment in him. They hope that through this investment, they will get better results in the future.
I have heard this kind of question almost everywhere in the interviews I have given so far. At first, it seemed a little difficult to find the answer to this question, but gradually I realized that the answer to this question is actually not very complicated. For me, the easiest and most honest answer is credibility and quality of work. I believe that the greatest strength of a person is the trust that other people have in him. If an organization or investor feels that this person can be trusted, then that becomes the greatest asset for him.
My personal belief is that a person should be judged not only by his skills but also by his sense of responsibility and sincerity towards his work. I always try to do my work in such a way that it is not just a duty but a quality work because I think the quality of work ultimately becomes the true identity of a person.
Another very important thing is that no investor ever invests his money or time for no reason. They invest only when they believe that that person has such potential, through which it is possible to achieve something bigger in the future. Simply put, they look for a person who is more likely to get good results from that investment if invested.
If the right kind of patronage or support comes in my life, it can definitely bring a big change. Because many times people have dreams and their capabilities, but to make that dream a reality, the right opportunity and the right support are needed. If an investor gives that opportunity, it can have a positive impact not only on the life of a person but also on the lives of many other people through his work.
If someone invests in me, he is not just supporting a person but a possibility. And I believe that if I get the opportunity, I will try my best to make that possibility a reality.
