Yesterday I saw the clip with clay art online. The clip shown in the picture was quite beautiful. Then I thought why order it and wear it to school. I ordered it but when I received the order it was in very wrong condition. All the designing that was done on it using clay was broken. Only the clip was left behind which is useless. And I was very disappointed with my order, it had not only wasted my money but also wasted two days of my Excitement.
Then instead of getting too frustrated over it I thought to make something new on top of the clip so I could reuse the clip because there was no chance of a return a order again. For which I also used clay and tried to make flowers on it, to convert it from a useless clip to a beautiful clip.
So let's see with the procedure how I fixed my order which I received wrongly!
Procedure
- To make this I first took two colors of clay which were quite beautiful in combination includes; purple and light pink which gave a shade of pink and skin. But combination is perfect for the flower.
- After that I made small circles with molding it using the purple clay, my aim was to make petals with these circles, after compress it.
- Now as I mentioned above I compressed all these circles and gave a petal shape by cutting a bit. Flowers look pretty in red or pink color but For give uniqueness instead of beauty I These two colors.
- After that I joined all these petals together to form a flower shape. I intended to make a flower in which the inner flower is of purple color and the outer flower is of light pink color, and using purple clay I have done my inner flower.
- I then used the pink clay for the outer flower and make big and more circles than the inner flower as it has to put outside of the inner flower.
- After that I pressed all these circles with something to give them a petal shape and did some cutting to give perfect shape.
- I then attached all these petals to the outside of the inner flower. And now it has become a flower. Which is looking quite beautiful with the combination of two colors but yes still there is something incomplete in it and that is its leaves.
- To make leaves I used green color clay and after that give it poper shape after Cutting and molding and then insert these two leaves In the bottom of flower.
- Now the flower is complete but now I have to attach the flower to the clip for which I took the clip that I received in the order.
- Now I attached the clip with the flower carefully and now it is a beautiful clip from a useless clip you can all see how this clip looks nice in my hair.
