Hello, my amiable hivers ā¤ļø...Glad to have you visit my blog today. This is my weekly report as a team leader for the already concluding newbies initiative program for this batch. Wow, so far the journey has been remarkable with my team members and I will quickly give you an update on the task 6 review for team 1 members.
This report will shed light on my team members' progress so far, and my observation on their understanding of the last task which was about blockchain games.
Thanks to who was the tutor and he did an excellent job as usual. He took his time to explain vividly the subject with all the newbie participants available for virtual meetings held on discord. There were questions and answers sections and he was patient enough to attend to all. The meeting was recorded & published on this post and both practical and theoretical questions were set for the participants to test their understanding of the tutorial.
Now, let's move to my team members' responses to the task given...
TEAM ONE MEMBERS |

So far, I still have 7 active members on my team and they all submitted their tasks before the deadline. I was so impressed by the response to the given task especially the practical aspect which require their little attempt in playing the rising star game. Although already gave them a gif that will make their job easier but it's still so encouraging that even people who were new to the game lay their hands on it.

OVERALL REVIEW OF TEAM 1 MEMBERS |
|---|
From my assessment, I think all my team members did an excellent job on this task. Their willingness even to learn other Blockchain games is so interesting. I asked most of them what they think about the rising star game and of no doubt, they want to explore it more and learn the splinterland game as well. Ksam has done well to provide a tutorial link to the basic guide on the splinterland game, hopefully, those interested will have a little start from there.
I also observed how some people try to attend to their tasks without stating clearly which of the question they are attending to but I corrected them, at least stating your questions clearly for your readers to flow with you should be better than just dropping the answers thinking that people should know the questions given. This was the case for two of my members but sure, they have done the needful. Other corrections were minor ones and also the wrong use of tags but that has been taken care of.
In conclusion, these guys are doing well and I will encourage them to keep the ball rolling. Whatever one learns is an added advantage to him or her which enhances growth as well š
