Hello everyone, how are you? I want to share my experience of dieting and of course it is not easy with a number of fast foods in Indonesia. I need to buy food with sufficient protein and fiber. However, this makes me a dilemma. Because in minimarkets, the nutritional content is reduced. Moreover, it is very low. At the beginning of the diet, I quite liked yogurt. Likewise, it turns out that the milk content in yogurt is small. This is a dilemma for me.
Likewise with other protein levels. For example, sausages, it turns out that the meat content in sausages is not too much. Meanwhile, I am quite bored with eating chicken and eggs as animal protein content. On the other hand, I also work where I have to leave every morning. So, there is no time to go to the market and buy a number of other groceries. This makes it a little difficult for me.
Another thing is honey. Honey that is sold contains a lot of sugar. Fast and instant foods are not friendly with the amount of nutrition. There are also those that meet nutritional needs, they have quite high prices. However, the reality in developing countries. Different from Japan and America. I often see the lives of Indonesians in Japan and America. I am interested in Japan. Where some of the fast food sold has high nutrition and is very quick to cook.
For example, making omurice. Only with a microwave, Japanese people can eat omurice deliciously. Of course, the nutrition is maintained. There is also nutritional content in the packaging. So, buyers don't need to worry anymore. Japan, for me, is a country that is developing rapidly in technology, but does not eliminate the nutritional content of food. It feels like people don't need to spend a lot of money to be able to eat with satisfying nutrition.
I was impressed with the minimarkets that sell smoothies in Japan. Frozen fruit is available for sale and buyers can make smoothies easily with the help of the machines provided. Japan, for me, is a developed country that really supports the health of its citizens. In minimarkets, there are also healthy foods that are easy to find at local minimarkets.
Another country is America. Americans are known to be busy and hard workers. In minimarkets, they sell fast food with nutrients that are not reduced. This really supports busy people. Japan and the United States are developed countries that really support technology and maintain the nutritional content of every food ingredient sold. Moreover, the food sold is very friendly to the community.
In developing countries, people need to buy sophisticated technology and nutrition that is fulfilled for fast food. Technology, in Indonesia still needs to be supported by expensive prices. That's all I tell in this post. How is the situation? See you in the next story.
